The Assignment Manager can be found as sub menu to the Admin menu and allows the DMM-Administrator to do come quality checks on his model and his maintenance roles.
After selecting the model the “Orphaned” objects (objects with no relationship to a person) will counted. When you click the select button you will see those records without an association to your selected maintenance role.
You can select multiple records and assign them to a user, after click on assign the user will see the record in his view.

Alternatively the DMM-Administrator can also mark objects as deleted, so the record owner will no longer be able to see them in their View as base object. The same object in other views will be highlighted, so everyone is aware of the fact that this record is no longer be available.
